Dirtnap:
Where in the bible do the old laws become null and void? Like kosher for instance, did the priests all get together after Jesus died, and say, "It's ok to eat pork and seafood now? When did they stop throwing rocks at unruly children and unwed mothers?

Bet you can't find it.

It's not in there, but: "It is easier for Heaven and Earth to pass away than for the smallest part of the letter of the law to become invalid." (Luke 16:17)

And Paul said that it was null and void after his so-called conversion from raging anti-Christ following douchebag to raging Christ following douchebag.

I can tell you if you really want to know, but if someone comes on mocking me and being a dick about it, I"ll delete the whole thread.

it's somewhere in the jesus part where he said lets all try to be nicer and a lil more forgiving...  turn the other cheek is in there somewheres...

i always thought that was an s&m survival guide...

BUT, i also distinctly remember someone in the bible saying that just because jesus came down and said "play nicer" and made some new rules, it DID NOT mean we got to ignore all the old rules.
