Well he made fun of me cause I'd keep more money on unemplyment but damn I cant stand sitting around anymore.

I've only had 2 slow stretches in my job when we were between projects and we essentially didn't have a damn thing to do. The first day was fun, the 2nd day I started getting bored, by the 3rd day, I wanted the slow stretch to be over immediately. I can't imagine being unemployed for a period of time beyond a few weeks (been lucky to avoid it so far....) - it would drive me crazy otherwise, so I can totally understand your motivation.

Hope it works out well.
