I love fresh seafood, especially lobster and scallops.  However, I also love lamb, but it wasn't on the list.

I tend to go for a nice roasted chicken, though if I can find duck or goose or grouse I will happily take it.

Also, lately I have been eating a fair bit of McSweeney's (sp.?) peppered beef jerky.  Delicious.

I feel like I'm the only non-vegetarian who doesn't like bacon that much. I mean, I'll eat it, but not a lot.

I do love pork chops though. We get ours from a local farmer, and they always have a different bone inside. The bones make the meal FUN. I can sit for an hour trying to get the last bits of meat off the bones, rolling them the juice... aw man. And if you add in porketta seasoning... WIN.

I also enjoy bison, venison tenderloin, walleye, lake trout, northern pike, and calamari.

Chicken. I'm not big on steak or pork. I love bacon though, possibly because of the salt, since I'm probably going to die from my salt intake.

Bison is my favorite!  Love deer and beef, really like chicken and salmon, pork is okay, and don't like crab and lobster.  And I really want to try alligator.

I enjoy a good medium rare steak myself and Donairs are made with beef (Halifax style ftw) so beef is what I chose. That being said, I don't think I've found a seafood I didn't like.

Also, heres some food for thought. Are lake fish such as trout considered seafood? I mean, they don't live in the sea but no one would argue that tuna, mackerel, or herring aren't seafood being fish and all.
