Huge difference between the 'classic' Trek (The Next Generation era) vs. the Reboot.


All of the previous movies were not that high in budget whereas the two rebooted movies have high budgets. The director style always reminded me of Transformers just on a lighter side.


If you hated the way Transformers was directed, then the new Star Trek is not for you.
