Botched abortion sounds good to me.

Even if he is acting like he is an idiot for kicks, that is still a serious form of retarded anyway.

I still say botched abortion, but retarded monkey works well.

Maybe intentionally dropped on his head as a newborn?  Perhaps shaken?

I don't even know.

I am starting to develop a theory about Jeffy. I think he is a run away monkey from some lab kinda like the Planet of the Apes monkeys. Except those were smart, Jeffy is a retarded talking monkey.

jeffy...

SHUT THE FUCK UP!

i was suggesting that perhaps the poster was suggesting yearly testing to be sure one is still fit to keep exotic animals.  a yearly recertification perhaps.

and that it would be a short hop skip and jump to yearly "re certification" to be sure you were brainwashing your children properly.

dont try so hard to be all "clever" jeffy.  you'll hurt yourself.

Oh....forgot my football helmet. ashamed to wear cuz colts suck.

perhaps they are suggesting annual testing in order to be sure they are still "fit" to have said critters?
perhaps the next step would be similar testing to be sure you were still capable of raising a regular housepet?
perhaps the next step would be similar testing to be sure you are a "fit" parent.

welcome to the world where everyone but you raises your child.  we're more than halfway there in alot of ways as it is.
What make U bring that up??

Thinking of donating to H$U$?

Someone who takes Wendy Malick or Wayne Pacelle up on their infomercial request for "just $19 dollars a month" will pay HSUS $228 over the course of a year. Of that, just $1.03 will reach a pet shelter.
