i'm sorry buddychrist, that stuff looks like something i found in my sons diaper once, and i became concerned about what i had been feeding him.  by default it has GOT to taste better than it looks

I think it would be ok with some provolone.

Meat taste good. I honestly don't see how you can live witout meat, and dairy.

Well I'm living proof that I can live without meat or dairy.
I just can't see how any one can live with out eat or dairy...like you probleley can't see how others eat meat.

I would never deny that meat or dairy taste(ed) good. But since I ditched the stuff I've found so many other things I enjoy eating much more. Things I probably wouldn't have learned about otherwise. Things that not only taste good, but feel good.

For example:

Ajvar. It's a roasted red pepper and eggplant spread from Macedonia. I picked up a jar at the Arabic grocery store not long ago and I would choose this stuff over cheese (vegan or non) any day. Such a great discovery!

Not knocking you Jeni, but to me, life without real cheese just wouldn't be life.

I'm more likely to be vegetarian than vegan. I usually have at least one vegetarian meal a day as it is.

I went to Chipotle's here and wasn't impressed either.

Thinking of donating to H$U$?

Someone who takes Wendy Malick or Wayne Pacelle up on their infomercial request for "just $19 dollars a month" will pay HSUS $228 over the course of a year. Of that, just $1.03 will reach a pet shelter.
