I just wanted to say how impressed I am with this site and how much I enjoyed reading/viewing everything. The typical PETA response can be summed up in something I heard from a PETA supporter. When asked why PETA was boycotting Dodge, she replied, \"Because they use dogs as crash test dummies.\" This is insane. Actually PETA is anti-Dodge because of their rodeo support. I think that PETA goes overboard. I am a cowgirl, I am proud to own a horse and I am proud to wear leather. They make horse riding sick-sounding when they jabber about women getting s*xual pleasure from riding! hey whats up. came across your peta-sucks.org site and i must say i love it!!! i heard of a kfc protest in town by peta so in college today i looked up anti peta stuff and came across your site. i love the word petards LOL. yeah the protesters were a whole 3 members strong. and there was also a counter protest against peta with the radio station there giving away tshirts against peta which was at least 100 members strong. i loved it! i cant believe how petarded some of these people are. there suposed to be all for the environment and they use a van to carry all there signs and stuff in which would easily fit in the trunk of a small car. i'm not against gas hog vehicles, just proving peta is hypocritical. the whole protest also backfired. i've never seen kfc so busy. anyways just wanted to send some fanmail and spread the word on how peta's protest completely backfired right in there face. and keep up the excellent work on the site!

When i read the quotes about bees, i was just saying to myself, wow, these people have no idea what the hell they're talking about. My dad's a beekeeper and i help him take the honey out and id just like to get a few things straight about bees. And i hope you can send this email to the guys who wrote this stuff. First of all, bees would probably be extinct today if we didnt take care of them. Mites have almost eradicated the wild bee population and we save them by using medication. Next, they have no right to say that we steal from the bees because we give them a home and boxes filled with 10 frames to give them storage for honey. We stack surplus boxes on top which is honey that they dont need for the winter. They have a tendancy for keep making as much honey as possible to fill the entire hive. So really were not stealing, its a symbiotic relationship that help both of us out. I hope that makes everything clear.

Just wanted to say thanks for the great site. It entertained me for hours at work. Why is it so hard for these PETArds to grasp that you don't condone the senseless killing of animals? I got it as soon as I read the frequently asked questions! Only took a few minutes. I dont hunt, I dont fish, I dont kill what I eat, but I do eat meat. I emailed PETA, because they piss me off so much, and I got a response from Shelly Breitbeil. I had asked her how an orgnaization can call itself ethical when it condones violence of any kind. This is what she said in her email to me:
"First, please be assured that PETA is an activist organization working to educate the public about the horrors of animal suffering through totally peaceful means; we do not engage in activities in which anyone, human or other-than-human, is injured."
Then I found this gem of a quote from one of PETAs Physicians Committee for Responsible MEdicine bozos:
"Official “Animal Rights 2003” National Conference program, describing Dr. Jerry Vlasak as a representative of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Speaking at this event, Vlasak endorsed the "political assassination" of doctors whose medical research requires the use of lab animals. "I don't think you'd have to kill -- assassinate -- too many vivisectors," Vlasak said, "before you would see a marked decrease in the amount of vivisection going on. And I think for 5 lives, 10 lives, 15 human lives, we could save a million, 2 million, 10 million non-human lives."

I recently watched a repeat episode of Penn and Teller's "Bullshit!" in which Peta was the subject. It pissed me off enough to where I Googled "I hate Peta" and, through another link, came across your site. I read some of the hatemail (you've probably noticed this, but hardly anyone who writes you hatemail can spell) and some of the "actual quotes from Peta members." The one about the girl who would starve before eating a chicken on a desert island? My ass, she would starve, she'd kill that fucker. If you're hungry enough you'd eat anything.
The only types of meat that I don't like to eat are pork products (except sausage) and seafood (I don't like the taste of either). Otherwise, hamburgers, turkey, chicken, duck (I had some very tasty roast duck for dinner last night), steak ... it's all fair game (no pun intended). I mean, I'm all for not clubbing baby seals or kicking puppies or whatever, but if I'm hungry and someone puts a cheeseburger in front of me, I'm gonna eat it!
A while back, in my old blog's guestbook, I got an entry from someone who was from Peta chastising me FOR USING FLEA MEDICATION ON MY DOG. How fucking ridiculous is that? Peta just pisses me off.

I too feel that PETA is nothing but an organization of hypocrital dogs...although I guess calling them that would be cruelty to our canine friends so I apologize. I have found they attempt to reach their so-called goals by using bullying tactics and outright lies. There website is filled with untruths and their propaganda department puts a spin on every story to make them appear to be the saviors of animals when in fact they have little to no influence at all. They also claim that due to their "influence" they have forced businesses and prosecutors to knuckle under when in fact they have not. I love your site. I, myself was harassed by Peta for quite a while, ever since Middle School, High School, on the internet and here in College. I love housepets, hell, I have two dogs and a cat and I treat them like they were my kids. But I am not going to be a vegetarian myself. It's just not like me. I am a HUGE seafood fan, and what made me mad about those animal rights groups is that they compare fish eaters to homophobes, nazis, KKK, and (believe it or not), they even once compared Japanese war victims in the aftermath of World War 2 to fish and animals used for research. I don't blame the Japanese government for being pissed off at them and throwing them out of their country.
What really irked me though is Peta's boycott of a 1986 Japanese animal film called "The Adventures of Milo and Otis" (Koneko Monogatari). They say that the director and writter Masunori Hata and his trainers abused animals on the set and even spear rumors about them killing animals and using them for fighting puropses. That was not true. I saw the making of that film (yes, I know some Japanese), and NOT ONE animal looked like they were in misery. They were all tame and all confident. And in big letters at the end of the film, it says "no animals were killed in the making of this movie". Right now, I am happy that Consumer Freedom is getting even with the animal rights groups and giving out protests of their own.
NOTE: I have nothing against people who don't eat meat or animal products, but what I would like more than anything is that some of those people respect what I do, what I eat and what I wear.

I have known about your site for a year now. Wanted you to know a lot of my friends and I really enjoy it. I would just like to thank you for such a great website. I live on a very large Dairy Farm in Ohio and mothly we get dairy magizines. In a recent issue there was an article on how Peta was trying to tell people that dairy milk would kill your children, make you fat, and etc. I looked on Peta's website and cannot belive how incredibly stupid these people are. They think that the farmers treat their animals badly but that not the case at all. Our cattle are closly monitered and a vet is constantly on call. This site is really funny. Yeah those PETA people get on my nerves. They should be trying to save animals rather than just killing them. I like animals and all, but there are limits. I love to hunt (especially deer) and fish. When I make a kill, I use the meat, not just pitch it in the woods. A bullet in a chest is a lot less painful than starving, which is why hunting is good. We have a butt-load of deer around here that are getting in the roads and causing accidents. I'm glad I'm doing my part! I'm one of the few female hunters around here.

I love your site. I can't believe how irritated I have become lately with PETA and celebrities in particular vowing to fight against use of animal products. Their vows against animal testing for some of our most serious diseases is just downright irresponsible. I have extreme views on how some of these people should be dealt with. I was a bit freaked when i seen you're site and read the articles and all that, Up until a month ago i didn't even know peta existed. I also am against peta. not only are the animals that we kill for food are farmed raised, if we dont slaughter them then we will be over ran by cows and such. I am also sick of there fliers with the lobster saying that they have feelings too. Whoever writes these fliers must be on something strong in order for them to know how lobsters feel. Dear Peta-Sucks, Have read with interest much of your site and thank you for having facts and figures that are verifiable and not just something made up, pulled out of the air. In reading through some of the hate and fan mail, I feel the majority of the hate mail is written by teens and young 20 somethings due to the gross foul language, which in my opinion is due to lack of intelet to express oneself otherwise, extremely poor mispelling, and use of verbage. T o me, it represents people that are grossly misguided and purposely given false information and ideals. A questions I would like to ask many of the hate mail writers is if one is truly against any type of animal useage, why do you wear clothes, live in a house, eat veggies, drive a vehicle, go to the doctor/dentist? Thanks for having a site like this. I give props for people like you guys who aim to fight back against PETA. I just want to make a point. Even though PETA is trying to stop the consumption of animal products by humans, what is the point when animals will still eat animals. PETA is a nut organziation that is trying to disturb the life cycle. So after they succeed to ban animal products used by humans, are they going to ban wolves from eating rabbits or deer? Thanks to your site and a few others exposing PeTA (People Embarrassing the Tidewater Area) for what they are, I have been able to bring back a few new PeTA converts to the senses. My niece became a vegan and had a bunch of PeTA lit and I was able to point her to your site and PeTAKillsAnimals.com. She is still a vegan, but she knows better than to get involved with PeTA. Next I will work on her friend. She took her dog to PeTA when she could not keep it because the SPCA would kill it if it was not adopted. I think I will show her that there is a 90% chance that her dog was killed by PeTA.
I also was able to bring some of these things to the attention of a person I met who was a PeTA donor (but she has seen the light, and says she will never donate to them again). Is it true that the "e" in the PeTA logo is a small "e" because being ethical is of small concern to them?
One more thing, I heard about the two PeTA workers being arrested in North Carolina, but I never heard any more. Have they had their trials? Did they get convicted? What sentence did they get?

Let me start by saying, I love animals. That being said, humans are omnivores. We are animals. Circle of life is the way of the world. PETA has a decent premise, however, they go to far. They don't understand that anyone who does purposely hurt an animal through abuse and neglect does not belong in the same category as a person who enjoys a nice juicy steak. Not only that but they are hipocrites to the worst degree. They want to "protect" animals, yet they will euthanize an animal before they even try to find a home for that animal. I love the Hate Mail section of your web site. Apparently there is some codicil of the Animal Rights Movement code that forbids its members from using spelling or grammar check. Reading through this collection of drivel has convinced me that either English is the second language of a majority of the authors, or they habitually cut English class. It's comical to me that someone (tiger_strype_yellow@hotmail.cca ) who chooses to ridicule others as "red necks" accused you of "instulting people" (I assume they meant insulting) and of using "storries" to support your case (what's an extra R among friends?). To her credit (I have to assume these are the ranting of some dippy high school or college chick!), hers is not the worst from a grammatical stand point (although the occasional capita letter wouldn't hurt!). 1. I'm not "gun crazy", though if I didn't live in a fascist land called NY City (intentional hyperbole here), I would certainly own one or more (I would like to own my own hunting rifle, you can get a permit in NY, but it's hardly worth neither the expense nor the hoops you must jump through).

Your site is really informative. It seems to really hit the nerves of peta members(THE TRUTH HURTS!) I recently began diving into some research involving PETA (since I originally thought I supported them), but found out the opposite. PETA is horrible.
I'm busting a gut over those IM conversations. "PETArds", as you call them, are indeed exactly that. People who don't know what the hell they're talking about. No one ever offered you any sound argument for why "peta-sucks" sucks. It doesn't. It rules. Isn't it strange, though, that it always seems that those with the most restrictive beliefs hate on the people with lax ones? We "accepting" folk never bat an eyelash! Again, I'm glad you have this site.
I have one problem, however. The left side of the nav bar seems awesome. Full of facts and important information. The right side, however funny, is just a mockery of what I feel a "good" person is. I can understand the "Mailbag" section, but the "pictures" and most of the "Misc" section faze me. Be the bigger man. Let the little PETA bitches whine, complain, and post nasty comments about us. Just show them that you can be the "adult" in this situation, and delete those sections.

First off I want to say that I should've listened to your quotes section warning. I was in the middle of studying for exams and reading some of those quotes will almost ensure that my abilities will diminish. So before they degrade, I just want to say that your site is awesome and that people just need to realize that sometimes something is wrong and something is right, there is no gray. A non-profit organization that supports terrorism in any form shouldn't be allowed to exist at all (i.e. it's wrong). Forget revoking tax-exemption. Everything on this planet that uses any form of refinement process hurts the environment. We all leave what some people call a "carbon footprint". Can all those PETA people say, honestly, that they do not drive a car, do not eat food (even organic foods are grown with the help of machinery or livestock) use paper, or anything that involves an airplane? Can they say that they wash their clothes without soap (which historically was made from animal fat, and yes although it is not made this way now, using any soap would be a form of benifit from the use of animal exploitation) and in a way such that the water source they use does not negatively impact the environment? I say that the government needs to step in and stop these insurgents. Look at all the other cult situations (and yes PETA is a cult) where members have been armed or otherwise determine to be dangerous. The only difference between those cults and PETA has their tax exempt status.

I'll be honest with you, I just found your website today, but I want to personally thank you for creating it. I too am sick of PETA and its hypocritical views, as they seem to be only able to see one side of the issue. I mean, I have absolutely no problem with vegetarians, but when someone tries to shove their views down my throat, or when they preach one thing and do the opposite, then yes it becomes a problem.

I would like to commend you for all that you are doing in the effort to expose PETA and educate the public about their illogical organization. I'm a veterinary medicine major from Minnesota and I deal with vegans and PETA supporters on a daily basis. It's a tiring ordeal to have to listen to these kids spat propoganda about milk giving people acne or how eating meat will make your heart explode instantly, when it's clear they're only supporters because the trend has blown up in the hardcore and punk scene. I understand this age bracket is certainly drawn towards trends to feel like they belong, but the lack of actual knowledge these kids show towards this "cause" is completely absurd. I can't tell you how many people I've come across on myspace with pictures of them holding their dogs while wearing a PETA shirt, it's just ridiculous. I can only do so much to spread the truth about animal WELFARE (not rights), so I appreciate having someone else on my side. My only suggestion is that these kids show support or volunteer at local shelters, help out at veterinary clinics and donate money to no kill shelters. THEY are the ones truly looking out for the welfare of animals.

Beef Hormones in Perspective
The hormone levels in beef produced using growth promotants are well within the range of natural levels of these hormones. Beef from bull (intact, not castrated, without hormones being administered) contains testosterone levels OVER TEN TIMES higher than the amount in beef from steer (which are castrated) that has recieved hormones for growth promotions. Since the European beef market is predominatly bull-sourced, while american meat is steer sourced, American hormone-treated beef generally contains lower levels of hormones than most european beef.
To put this issue into perspective, it is important to remember that many foods contain significant levels of hormones. The fact is consumers are exposed every day to foods with far higher hormone levels than those found in any beef from animals treated with hormones.
Examples: 01: Hormone levels (estradiol equivalent) in beef are far less than those found in eggs. A person would need to eat over 6 kilograms (a lot) of beef from treated animals in order to equal the amount of those hormones in one egg.
02: One pint glass of milk from an untreated cow contains about 9 times as much estradiol as a 250 gram portion of meat from a steer raised using hormones (Still want to buy organic milk?)
03.Wheat germ and soybean oil contain phytoestrogens at several THOUSAND times higher hormone equivalent concentrations than a serving of beef from a steer raised with growth promotants.
04. The amounts of estradiol, progesterone, and testosterone in animals raised using hormones as growth promotants are extremely low compared with their production in humans. Even a young boy would need to eat more than 7000 grams (about 16 pounds!) of beef raised with estradiol daily in order to produce a one percent increase in his production of this hormone. A 500-gram portion of beef raised using estradiol contains approx. 15,000 times less of this hormone than the amount produced daily by the average man.

I was lurking about the peta-sucks.com forums and came across a thread stating your website struck a nerve with a Canadian with the e-mail address "n_j_davis@rogers.com". Personally, I found it amusing how he used threats of legal action against you via the RCMP and the Canadian legal system. What I found more amusing was that one of my fellow compatriots acted like an impotent ass, towards a website I believe most Canadians would be ambivalent about.
As a Canadian, I write to give your website my full support and to show my dismay at a certain minority in my country that has the stones to tell me they no better. In Canada, there has to be about less than ten thousand members of Peta making them represent less than 0.0003% of the Canadian population at best. Somehow I doubt that 0.0003% could move our legal system to create a potential diplomatic mess over one website. As for Nicky's ravings on having your website labeled 'hate literature', Indeed we do have hate laws like the United States probably has, however I fail to see anything inherently hateful on your website other than the hate mail you receive.
What Nicky proves however, is how one tiny minority can twist my homeland's hate laws to the point where our right to the freedom of speech is infringed upon. For example, about ten years ago a homosexual Member of Parliament Svend Robinson introduced a bill that virtually made contrary opinions to homosexuality hate crimes. The bill became law and now in Canada if you publicly say homosexuality is wrong or they shouldn't marry in any medium, you leave yourself open to prosecution if the gay community is offended. So much Canada being a tolerant nation eh? However, given that the RCMP is more concerned with legitimate Internet crimes like child pornography and the Human Rights Commission dealing with real human rights complaints, I doubt little Nicky will get far in his quest to see peta- sucks.com taken off Canadian ISPs.

I have been visiting Peta and vegetarian websites on a regular basis. I recently came across your site and it gave me a differet view. Your a very smart individual and some of the quotes you posted from PETA administration, or Vegans are hilarious. I don't believe animals should have equal treatment, as stated by PETA, like do they honestly want a horse for a boss, or something like that. They are so fucked up the head. Anyways, I was reading some of the quotes and one PETA member said they didn't care about slave labour, as long as the clothes weren't made from animals. That really pissed me off, there are people out there, PEOPLE who aren't treated equally, so before we go for animal liberation why don't we liberate people? Just wanted to email you and tell you what's going on in my midwestern iowa town. In Spencer,IA the Barnum and Bailey Circus is going to be there tomrrow night and wednes. well a lady from peta is protesting about the cruelty to the animals in that circus. She was half naked and wearing shackles. I didn't personally see her today but it was on the radio a couple of times. It's bullshit what she's doing! These idiots drive on the same highways, take the same planes, trains and other modes of transportation that us meat eaters take. I would like to commend you on an excellent website. I really enjoyed browsing through the information you have, it was very informative. I love animals very much, I also think that certain animals should be eaten (as part of the food chain). I find it infuriating when people around me blindly follow terrorist organizations such as PETA and ALF. I have no problem with people who decide to be vegetarian or vegan. I was reading your hate mail, and only got about 4 or 5 letters into it and simply got fed up with the level of intelligence, or lack thereof, of the people sending you the emails. These people are a complete waste of skin. PETA members fall into 1 of 2 categories; hippies, and terrorists. I am a supporter of your site. I agree that PETA is a domestic terrorist threat supporting the ALF and the ELF. I also agree that PETA's tax exemption rights should be recalled and that the entire orginization should be dismantled. I have also seen proof that PETA has (to use their words) "Slaughtered" over 12,000 animals in a seven year period in their H.Q. in Richmond VA. PETA has also targeted schools in my area (Savannah GA). Well I live an hour about of Savannah but PETA has targeted schools in the area with comic books that say "Your Mommy Kills Animals" and "Your Mother Will Burn In Hell For What She Has Done". I am sure you are aware of all of this but I just wanted you to know that I am 100% behind you in this site and for the removal of PETA from this country.

I really enjoy your website!! I have been against PETA for years for a number of reasons. They get people to join their movement by lies and opinions! My friend just recently became a vege due to their "Animal Cruelty" video. You know the one, where they show how animals are slaughtered for consummation? It made me kind of mad. Now she is talking about making her dogs into vege's. I was like, "Dude, are you serious?" They would be killing other animals in the wilderness if they were not domesticated! They along with us are meant to be carnivorous! She keeps getting sick all of the time now and wonders why. People like her need to be better educated about what PETA leads them to believe! People are only vegetarians so people make a big deal over them when they go out to dinner, and because some people would actually go as far as to call them righteous, and they eat up the attention. I have been visiting Peta and vegetarian websites on a regular basis. I recently came across your site and it gave me a differet view. Your a very smart individual and some of the quotes you posted from PETA administration, or Vegans are hilarious. I don't believe animals should have equal treatment, as stated by PETA, like do they honestly want a horse for a boss, or something like that. They are so fucked up the head. Anyways, I was reading some of the quotes and one PETA member said they didn't care about slave labour, as long as the clothes weren't made from animals. That really pissed me off, there are people out there, PEOPLE who aren't treated equally, so before we go for animal liberation why don't we liberate people? Racism, and sexism is still a very real issue that we need to resolve before we waste our time saving animals that can't do anything to thank us. God put animals on this planet to serve us a purpose, yes some farmers go to the extreme with their animal torture, but these people need to make money too. For all Vegan's I want to ask them a few questions. such as: Do they use paper to write on, which leads to the destruction of forests and natural habitats for animals? In their houses do they have leather or wooden furniture, that either an animal died for or an animal habitat had to be destroyed in order for it to be built? What are your clothes made of, and don't say that the company doesn't treat their animals cruely, their shaving off their fur? What do you do with your garbage, because of course you won't through it out because that leads to the building of garbage dumps which contaminate soil, plants, and when animals eat it they will die. Greetings. Your site is great. I have been trying to keep up with the recent PETA scandal with the two employees that were arrested. They are a bunch of hypocrites, and most of their supporters are brainwashed and clueless.
I will say this much for myself. I am all for wildlife conservation. I am all for animal welfare- and by that I mean adoptions and rescues, spaying and neutering and that type of thing, but the animal rights activists are way off in left field with the ideas they think will help animals in any sense whatsoever. they churn out alot of propaganda though.
PETA shot itself in its foot recently with the figures of how many animals they " rescued" and euthanized without even trying to find homes for them or at least have them transferred to a larger better equipped facility. the sad thing is- their organization has tons of money poured into it by well meaning misinformed charities and individuals. and with all the money they do get they could keep alot more rescued homeless animals long enough to get them transferred or adopted out, but being the absolute hypocrites and crackpots they are- they would rather spend the money on bullshit vegan "meat is murder" propaganda campaigns than actually helping and saving lives of animals they come in contact with. that is what disgusts me.
I eat meat and dont have a moral problem with it at all. in fact most of my pets - oh sorry "companion animals" eat meat and even live prey as well. that is not evil- that is simply the type of food their bodies were designed for. the only pet I have that is a vegetarian is my iguana, all my other lizards eat live prey, insects etc. needless to say my cats and dog eat meat as well. Not to go too far on a tangent here, but if it is ok for ANIMALS to eat meat ( alive and dead) - simply part of the food chain and natural order of the ecosystem- why is it suddenly a moral issue that people eat meat too? It's ridiculous.
If according to PETA, animals and humans are "equals"- than there goes the food chain. LOL that entire notion necessarily implies that all animals are equal too- even the insects, and the lowest animals on the food chain. tell the alligator in the swamp it cant eat meat anymore. tell the lions they cant hunt for prey anymore. they are going to do in the wild what is their instinct regardless. and in captivity they are best offered foods that closely resemble what they would eat in the wild as well.
I love animals, don't get me wrong, in fact I especially love the animals I care for on a daily basis.- feeding them, cleaning their cages, scooping their poop, etc. they are like family to me, but I as they- eat meat- and it is OK
PETA spends so much of its money and energy in these pointless crusades to get people to go vegan, and supporting the illegal activities eco-terrorist groups that sabotage, destroy, intimidate, make threats, etc- when they should be trying to help save the animals they come into contact with instead of euthanizing them before even TRYING to find homes for them.
Imagine a world where people werent allowed to use animals for any reason whatsoever- for research, for food, for entertainment, for companions- any use whatsoever. they wouldnt remain "free" in their sense of the word for long. they would either starve, or end up being destroyed or HAVING to be destroyed in some other way. the livestock raised to feed humans would still end up being destroyed if the land they graze on where used for other purposes. if hunting became illegal poplulations of deer , elk, boar etc would get out of control. The eco system would suffer greatly just from animals and animal products being removed completely from the human economy. Think about it.
As far as agriculture goes, farmers raising crops instead of animals, they still have to destroy animals that become a nuicance to their growing of produce and grain. not to mention the wildlife populations that get destroyed inadvertently through mechanical harvesting.
They are against animals being used in the entertainment industry-period. that in and of itself is ludicrous. Take horses for example. We have cars and trucks and planes now. they arent needed for transportation anymore unless you happen to live in a third world country or in an Amish community. yet people still ride them and use them for pulling carriages etc.- if you abolish all of that- where are the horses going to go? the horses that were used and cared for, fed and maintained, no longer able to be viably used economically to pay for its upkeep. Where do you suppose these horses would then go and what do you suppose would happen to them then? You guessed it- they would have to be put down.
I am very much into horses and am aware of this. they are very expensive animals to maintain. if they arent used in a capacity that helps to pay for their expensive upkeep. most people couldnt afford them- and not having a use for one combined with not being able to afford one or keep one only exacerbates the problem.
PETA's mission and agenda is completely self defeating. That makes PETA hypocritical- and that is putting it mildly. If PETA's agenda and mission is truely to "help the animals" they have failed miserably, and their focus has completely gone off on a tangent. Are all the celebrities that support their mission so involved in the presentation of FANTASY on a daily basis that they appear to be blind to this as well?

I love this site! I've visited PETA's site, and there's no real information there, just the same misinformation repeated over and over and vegan recipies. Apparently, they don't realize that if everyone went vegiarian/vegan, it would destroy the world. Humans not eating animals would lead to overpopulation of most species. Overpopulation would eventually kill the herbivores out by a combination of starvation and carnivores. Then the carnivores would die, having no herbivores to eat, and may even begin preying on humans. As for humans, one good crop failure or plague would destroy our food supply for a while, and with no meat we'd all starve to death. Has PETA considered that, I wonder? Anyways, great site. Just wanted to say that I love your site, and I agree with every bit of it. My mother died from cancer when I was 9 years old, and my aunt has been fighting it for 2 1/2 years. Without animal testing for medical purposes, my aunt wouldn't have made it this far. Peta is full of a bunch of morons. There was a scientific study done a few years back on plants and nerve endings. According to the survey, plants have the same nerve reaction to when they get one of their leaves pulled off as we do when we scream in pain. They're not able to scream because they have no voices to scream with. So, I ask Peta this: isn't killing a plant the same thing as killing an animal if they feel pain like we do? Also, how can they be for killing people and funding terrorist groups and not be against killing animals for medical purposes, when in all reality, people are known as animals, we're mammals. One other thing- look at the animals! They eat each other! Is it wrong for them to follow their instincts and kill each other for food?! It's their diet! Hey! I just had to say that this site is one of the best anti-PETA sites. Currently, I'm waging a "war", so to speak, on kids who believe all of this stuff that PETA says AND are spreading it around to the younger kids. It started with this one popular 6th grader searching for vegetarian sites, and has grown from there. I know that her 2 friends are into PETA as well. She has passed out PETA stuff @ the elementary school she goes to (and I used to go to. Now, I'm going into 8th grade), preached the "benefits" of vegetarianism and Newkirk's "ideals"; and passed out the URL's to PETA's kid site. At the moment, my friend has asked me to get some materials together to show one of her friends (who visited petakids.com and fell for this stuff). I'm also preparing for the new school year, seeing as one of the first girl's friends is coming to my school. There's no doubt in my mind that PETA turns good kids in to AR zealots. I encourage anyone who has a problem with PETA or other groups of the like (HSUS, ALF, etc.) to take a stand. Trust me, once PETA gets in, it spreads quickly. Good luck and keep it up!

been looking at your site, and despite what those against it(facist vegans) say, you actually provide accurate details to your claims, and you aren't out of line and overly extreme with your views. About the only thing that I would change if I was you would be including pictures of animals hunting, and also eating meat, they aren't actual people(despite what PeTA says), but at least animals are sensible enough to know what to do to survive.
One thing that does amuse me is the hatemail, as it appears that about every member of PeTA is a gullible fool, with extremely improper grammer, complete dismissal of your claims without showing proof to support their argument, declaring you to be somebody who supports torture of animals, despite your opening statement, and generally believes that it is morally right that you be subjected to firebombing.

Hey there, I have had to put up with idiots who think peta is great for years. It's nice to see sites like yours out there that show I'm not the only one who think these people are idiots. I happen to live on a farm, where we raise our own animals for meat, and have had to listen to bull shit about how meat animals are all mistreated. It's just not true. We raise chickens, ducks, sheep, goats, and rabbits for food, and they all have great lives before they go. If peta people would remove their heads from their asses and look at the fact that humans are physically built for meat eating, the world would be a much better place. Thanks for making my day. As I type with Right hand, I fry veal with left. Tasty tasty veal. The fact is that the people who belong to PETA are mostly White, middle to upper class KIDS who went to college and think they know it all. The sad reality is they are just spoiled brats who kick and scream until they get what they want, no matter who gets hurt. I could also put myself into the categories above, but the important difference is I know what I am and practice SELF CONTROLL, because there are things I would like to act out about, but I do not. That does not make me a coward, I do not act on my every instinct because many are wrong or hurtful (but not this act). PETA acts out of emotion, and really could care less about those they are hurting or may hurt through there actions. It is very convenient to blame the Faceless corporations for all life’s ills, but those “corporations” in categories such as the “Meat Industry” the “Pharmacutical Industry” and even the “Clothing Industry” to name a few EMPLOY many people and provide food, medicine, and warm (although mostly luxurious) clothing to MILLIONS. Not everybody has the wealth to live the Vegan life, organic foods are expensive, and not as nutritious as meats the whole world cannot afford supplements, and many especially in the third world would gladly eat the cozy cuddly big eyed animals PETA fights so hard to protect. I used to have no beef(hehe) with peta, however i am an avid hunter and bass fisherman, which apparantly is a mortal sin to these people. Recently while bowhunting on public land, however, i was in my blind, and heard a loud rustling, i was prepairing to get a shot, when out of the brush popped 3 people, all wearing t-shirts with some sort of animal rights message(couldnt read them as i was over 50 yds away). Understand that they could have easily gotten themselves injured or killed, and they (delibratly) ruined a hunting trip. Also, i heard from another hunter that they were harassing people in the parking lot. Now, i have no objection with their using the land (is't public) but their activity put their own lives in danger, and im fairly sure that what they were doing is illegal in several states. What (if anything) were these people thinking?
